**少2年电线生产方面的经验；
3.Familiarwithwiremanufacturingprocessandmaintenance;
熟悉电线生产工艺与维护；
4.Basicknowledgeonwiremanufacturingandcableassembly;
具有电线生产与线材组装方面的知识；
5.Goodonbothofteamworkandindividualwork;
良好的团队合作与独立工作的能力；
6.Positiveandopenmindandalsopotentialtobedeveloped;
正直，开放，有潜力；
7.Abletoworkunderhighpressure.
可以在高强度抗压下工作。
Responsibility:
职责：
1.Setupwiremanufacturingproductionlineandrelatedprocess，domaintainregularly;
建立电线生产线与相关的工艺流程，做好定期维护；
2.Establishandoptimizecablemakingprocessandcableassemblyprocessanddocuments,supporttomaintainqualitysystem;
建立并不断优化电线生产的工艺与线材组装工艺与文件，支援质量体系的维护；
3.Improvecontinuouslyproductivityinproductioninordertoreduceproductioncosts;
为了减少生产成本，持续改善生产力；
4.ImprovecontinuouslyequipmentOEE,decreasewaste;
持续改善设备的综合使用效率，减少浪费；
5.Setupmaintenancerequirementforcablemakingmachineandtoolsandcableassemblyrelatedequipments;
建立电线生产设备，模具，线材组装相关设备的维护保养要求并执行；
6.Abletocomeoutprofessionaltechnicalreportoncablemakingprocessandcableassemblyprocess
可以在电线生产工艺与线材组装工艺方面，做出专业的技术报告；
7.Proposeautomationideaanddorelatedevaluation;
提出自动化的方案，并且做出相关的评估；
